Test Lead for realTime recruitment

realTime is seeking an experienced Tester with Test Lead ability to join a high profile Client in Dublin

You will have 5+ years systems testing experience with some Test Lead experience. You will work in a large department and will be part of a growing team.

You will liase closely with the Test Manager to ensure Best Practice is applied and deadlines are met.

Other Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead, mentor and coach a team of Test Analysts in Testing Best Practice, Business procedures and from a personal development perspective
• Take ownership of the Test Phase and lead the Test Phase until completion. Update Test Manager/IT Lead with progress against agreed scheduled activities and advise on potential issues and risks
• Attend Project workshops and meetings and contribute from a testing perspective
• Produce test documentation (Test Strategy and Test Plans) in accordance with the Test Teams Standards and Procedures
• Execute Test Scripts within agreed timelines as and when required
