Project Manager/Analyst - Mortgages for realTime recruitment

realTime is seeking an experienced Proejct Manager/Analyst for a new position within Mortgages. You will have an in-depth knowledge of the the Financial Markets with proven data analysis and mortgage process experience.

Key Duties:

• Produce reports on a monthly basis for Management - ability to manipulate data to show trends and various other analysis
• Highlight mortgages and categorize them into various groups as per the company's choice
• Keep abreast of investor reports, assist with audits
• Produce Risk reports and highlight solutions through re-engineering of processes
• Working with the Bonds team to maximise this area

In addition to your strong knowledge of mortgages, you will have a reasonable technical proficiency in order to manipulate data and work with various analysis programmes.

A certain amount of training will be provided to skill up the individual in key areas, however you must have a reasonable skill level across the areas above to be considered for this role.
