Job description - SLA Specialist - Finance

realTime is seeking an experienced candidate with expertise in putting SLAs together.

You must have 5+ years experience within the Financial services sector with a proven background in putting SLAs together. You will possess excellent communication skills as you will be responsible with liasing with a variety of employees from junior level up to Management. The SLAs in this instance is for an internal Client within a large organisation. so a background in putting internal SLAs is beneficial but not essential.
