realTime are currently sourcing an experienced Business Analyst for an extremely reputable Financial Organisation. Based in their Guernsey Office you will bring a minimum of 5years experience in a Life Assurance role plus exposure to change management and project management within the financial arena.

The role is very much about demonstrating strong analytical, project delivery and management skills and showing practical understanding of the impact of business change and organisational growth.

Interacting professionally with diverse groups, presentation skills, written communication skills, problem solving and accountability are all vital skills to bring to this project.
