Senior Field Service Engineer

realTime Recruitment urgently require a Senior Field Service Engineer for a field position based in Carlow. This Carlow-based role entails field work across the South East.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 4+ years field service experience
• Extensive MS Server 2003/2008 experience
• Strong Hyper-V knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of MS Exchange and Active Directory
• Sonicwall/Draytek/Cisco advantageous
• Detailed knowledge of WAN/LAN design along with VPN
• Backup and Disaster Recovery experience
• Full driving license and good customer service skills are essential.
• Microsoft Certification (MCSE/MCITP) would represent an advantage

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Close liaison with clients/customers
• Assume ownership of complex technical issues, ensuring resolution
• Manage client projects from inception through to delivery
• Maintain and develop strong client relations
