Description and Duties

The role will primarily involve pre-sales, design, implementation and post-sales support of all aspects of a Unified Communications System.  The successful candidate will have at least 3 years hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment and hold a CCVP and CCNP (preferable) certification. 

The ideal candidate should have a detailed knowledge of:

• Cisco Unified Call Manager (V6.x, V7.X, V8.X)
• Cisco Unity Connection (V6.x, V7.X, V8.X)
• Cisco Unified Call Manager Express
• Cisco Unity Express
• Cisco Unified Presence
• Cisco Contact Centre a distinct advantage
• Experience of Microsoft Lync or OCS an advantage

Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:

• Strong project management skills
• Strong customer facing skills
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
• Written and spoken English language skills essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Are motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Methodical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven track record in similar environments
• Has a desire to develop knowledge and skills further.
