Data Centre Engineer

realTime Recruitment are currently seeking a Data Centre Engineer for an exciting role based in West Dublin.

This permanent role represents an opportunity for the right candidate to further their IT career.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day to day maintenance and management of the hosting infrastructure.
• Efficiently carrying out change requests in mission critical systems.
• Management of individual workload, along with pressurized networking maintenance.
• In addition, the employer will assist with training on products and services.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Extensive networking experience including expertise in Fortigate or similar firewall experience, along with Cisco / Juniper switching knowledge.
• A strong Citrix background including experience with XenApp, Access Gateway, Provisioning server and application profiling.
• Virtualization background with extensive VMware experience (VCP certified).
• Certification in two of more of the following is required: CCA, CCEA, VCP, CCNA.
