Job description - SAP FICO - SENIOR

realTime is seeking a Senior SAP FICO candidate for an excellent role with a Progressive Client.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Acting as a regional or global expert providing configuration and second level support for business processes in FICO
• In addition to support participation in key projects per the IT project plan e.g. new implementations of the SAP system in business units, automation projects, system upgrades.
• Managing and/or performing the design, testing and application of the SAP system in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
• Applying conceptual knowledge and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems.
• Carrying out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Minimum 4 years FICO experience
• Leadership abilities with In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies - Prince 2 or PMO
• Strong problem solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting project objectives are required;
• Skills that enable collaboration and communication;
• Excellent analytical ability;
• The ability to prioritise tasks and be able to manage several projects and customers simultaneously; and the ability to interface with all levels of management.  
• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering desirable.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Be available to Travel to Europe and occasionally US and Asia
• Able to work on own initiative and as a team player.
• Good judgment and problem solving ability & is capable of understanding the impact of decision making on both this Company and their customers.
