Programme Change Manager for realTime recruitment

realTime is seeking an experienced Programme Manager for a new contract in Dublin.

You will have 5+ years specific Programme Management within the Change department of the Banking sector.

Key Role resposonsibilities:

• Drive a programme of regulatory projects including a governance framework
• From your findings, build an implementation schedule and include budgets, resources, scope...
• Lead the delivery of the programme applying PM methodology
• Put in place a Stakeholder Management framework, Manage Risks, Manage Budgets...
• Lead a group of Change Personnel, including Project Managers and Business Analysts
• Team performance management, improvement, development, effective communication across all parties in all locations

A background in Project Finance appraisal techniques (Breakeven analysis, Payback, NPV, IRR) is highly advantageous. Also, experience managing resources and deliverables over various locations is beneficial.

You will be required to do some travel with this role.
