Software Development Manager for realTime recruitment

realTime is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to work in a growing organisation with a small development team. Whilst not being hands-on on a daily basis, it is essential you come from a hands on development background so that you have a full understanding throughout the project.

Key skills:

• 5+ years Software Development Management
• 5+ years hands on as a developer
• Client Management - strong presentation skills
• Vendor Management
• Team Management experience in an SME setup
• Business Analysis capability

You must have a background in Delphi as well as SQL, HTML, and Java in order to be considered for this position.
